Abstract:

Menejer mehnatini tashkil etishda boshqaruv apparatidagi har bir ijrochining ishi cheklangan va nisbatan bir turda bo‘lishiga erishish talab qilinadi. Bu mehnat unumdorligi ortishi, ish sifati yaxshilanishi va har bir ijrochi tajribasi ortib borishiga imkon yaratadi. Ixtisoslashuv majburiyatlar doirasini shunday belgilash lozimki, bunda har bir menejer o‘z salohiyatidan imkoni boricha to‘liq foydalanishi zarur. Maqolada ushbu masalalarga e`tabor qaratilgan.
