Abstract:
Ushbu maqola yo‘l harakati qoidalarini muntazam ravishda buzuvchi shaxslarga nisbatan qo‘llaniladigan huquqiy ta’sir choralarining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlariga bag‘ishlangan. Maqolada qoidabuzarlikning sabablari, ularning jamiyat va yo‘l xavfsizligiga ta’siri, shuningdek, qonunbuzarlarga nisbatan qo‘llaniladigan ma’muriy, jazo va profilaktik choralarning samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Yo‘l harakati xavfsizligini ta’minlashda huquqni muhofaza qilish organlarining roli, qonunchilik bazasi va ushbu sohadagi mavjud muammolarga alohida e’tibor qaratiladi. Maqola yo‘l harakati qoidalariga rioya qilish darajasini oshirish va yo‘l transport hodisalarini kamaytirishga qaratilgan takliflar bilan yakunlanadi.
