Аннотация:

Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infeksiyasi dunyo bo'ylab keng tarqalgan bo'lib, oshqozon-ichak tizimining turli kasalliklariga sabab bo'ladi. Ushbu maqola H. pylori infeksiyasini diagnostika qilish va davolashning zamonaviy yondashuvlarini ko'rib chiqadi. Invaziv va noinvaziv diagnostika usullari, jumladan, urea nafas testi, najas antigeni testi, serologik testlar va endoskopik biopsiya muhokama qilinadi. Davolashda qo'llaniladigan turli xil antibiotiklar kombinatsiyasi va proton nasos ingibitorlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, H. pylori ning antibiotiklarga chidamliligi muammosi va uni yengish yo'llari ham ko'rib chiqiladi. Maqolada, shuningdek, H. pylori infeksiyasining oldini olish choralari va kelajakdagi tadqiqot yo'nalishlari haqida ham ma'lumot berilgan.
