TALABA YOSHLARDA OʻQISH-SHAXSIY HAYOT MUVOZANATI PSIXOLOGIK TAHLILI

Аннотация:

Ushbu maqolada talaba yoshlarda o’qish va shaxsiy hayot o’rtasidagi muvozanatning ahamiyati, uning buzilishi sabablari hamda oqibatlari yoritilgan. Xalqaro statistik ma’lumotlar asosida talabalar orasida stress darajasi oshib borayotgani, vaqtni boshqarish ko’nikmalarining yetishmasligi muvozanatga salbiy ta’sir qilishi ko’rsatib o’tilgan. Ma’lum bo‘lishicha, o‘quvchilarning yolg‘izlik  sabablari muloqotdagi qiyinchiliklar, o‘z-o‘zini hurmat qilish bilan bog‘liq  muammolar, o‘ziga ishonchsizlik, yaqin do‘stlarning yo‘qligi hisoblanadi. Zamonaviy talabalarning o‘qish va mehnat majburiyatlarini uyg‘unlashtirishda duch keladigan qiyinchiliklar, vaqtni boshqarish strategiyalari va sog‘lom turmush tarzining ahamiyati o‘rganiladi.
