BOLALARDA TISH EMALINING STRUKTUR O‘ZGARISHLARI: GENETIK VA EKOLOGIK OMILLAR

Abstrak:
Mazkur maqolada bolalarda tish emalining struktur o‘zgarishlari, ularning genetik va ekologik omillar bilan o‘zaro bog‘liqligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda emal to‘qimasining shakllanish bosqichlarida irsiy determinantlar, mineral almashinuvdagi genetik o‘zgarishlar, shuningdek, atrof-muhitning zararli ta’sirlari — suvdagi ftor miqdori, oziqlanish, ekologik ifloslanish va radiatsiya fonining o‘rni ilmiy asosda yoritilgan. Maqolada genetik va ekologik omillar o‘rtasidagi sinergetik ta’sir natijasida tish emalining struktur buzilishlari (hipoplaziya, gipomineralizatsiya, pigmentatsiya) yuzaga kelishi haqida dalillar keltiriladi. Shuningdek, tish emalini mustahkamlash va profilaktika bo‘yicha zamonaviy yondashuvlar taklif etilgan.
