TIP-УРЕТРОПЛАСТИКА В СОВРЕМЕННОЙ ДЕТСКОЙ УРОЛОГИИ: ОБЗОР ЗАРУБЕЖНОЙ ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ

Аннотация:
Гипоспадия представляет собой одну из наиболее распространенных врожденных аномалий мочеполовой системы у мальчиков, требующую хирургической коррекции. Методика тубуляризованной рассеченной уретральной пластинки, известная как TIP-уретропластика или метод Snodgrass, с момента её внедрения в 1994 году приобрела широкое признание среди детских урологов благодаря низкой частоте осложнений, отличным косметическим результатам и технической воспроизводимости. Данный обзор систематизирует современные зарубежные публикации, посвященные различным аспектам применения TIP-уретропластики в детской урологии, включая технические особенности, функциональные и косметические результаты, спектр осложнений и пути их профилактики, а также существующие модификации методики. Проанализированы данные мета-анализов и крупных клинических исследований за последние десять лет, что позволяет определить место данной техники в современном арсенале методов хирургического лечения гипоспадии у детей.
