Аннотация:
Гематогенный остеомиелит остается актуальной проблемой детской хирургии, требующей комплексного подхода к лечению. В обзоре проанализированы современные методы терапии гематогенного остеомиелита у детей на основе публикаций последних десяти лет. Рассмотрены принципы консервативного лечения, включая эмпирическую и таргетную антибактериальную терапию, режимы дозирования и длительность применения антибиотиков. Описаны показания и методы хирургического лечения, включая остеоперфорацию, секвестрэктомию и малоинвазивные технологии. Особое внимание уделено комплексному подходу, включающему патогенетическую терапию, физиотерапию и реабилитацию. Проанализированы результаты лечения и факторы прогноза. Современные тенденции включают персонализацию антибиотикотерапии, развитие малоинвазивных методов и мультидисциплинарный подход. Основными проблемами остаются антибиотикорезистентность и оптимизация длительности терапии.
