Аннотация:
Ushbu maqolada oziq-ovqat sanoatida nanotexnologiyalarning qo'llanilishi, ularning samaradorligi va xavfsizlik masalalari tahlil qilingan. Maqolada nanotexnologiyalarning inson salomatligi va atrof-muhitga ta'siri bo'yicha mavjud ilmiy qarashlar umumlashtirilgan hamda ushbu sohaning kelajak istiqbollari ko'rsatilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko'ra, nanotexnologiyalar oziq-ovqat sanoatida katta imkoniyatlarga ega bo'lsa-da, ularning xavfsizligi bo'yicha yetarli normativ-huquqiy baza shakllantirilmagan.
