TIZIMLI SKLERODERMIYA

Abstract:





Mazkur maqolada tizimli skleroderma kasalligi etiologiyasi, epidemiologiyasi va kasallikning differensial diagnostikasi hamda, prognozi haqida sharhlar keltirilgan. Tizimli skleroz yoki skleroderma - noma'lum va murakkab patogenezi bo'lgan kam uchraydigan biriktiruvchi to'qima kasalligi. Sklerodermani ikkita asosiy shaklga bo'lish mumkin - mahalliylashtirilgan skleroderma (shu jumladan morfea, chiziqli skleroderma va skleroderma en coup de sabre) va tizimli skleroz. Tizimli sklerozni klinik va serologik mezonlarga ko‘ra cheklangan tizimli skleroz (ilgari CREST sindromi deb atalgan, kalsinoz, Reyno fenomeni, qizilo‘ngach dismotiliyasi, sklerodaktiliya va telangiektaziya bilan tavsiflanadi) yoki diffuz tizimli skleroz sifatida tasniflash mumkin. Mahalliylashtirilgan skleroderma birinchi navbatda teri va teri osti to'qimalariga ta'sir qiladi, tizimli skleroz esa tizimli ko'rinishlar va ichki organlarning ishtiroki bilan bog'liq bo'lib, o'limning oshishiga olib keladi. Sklerodermaning namoyon bo'lishi boshqa revmatologik yoki immunologik kasalliklar bilan juda mos kelishi mumkin.
