Abstract:
Ushbu maqolada AQSH davlatida huquqbuzarliklarning barvaqt oldini olish va jamoalarda xavfsiz muhitni yaratishga qaratilgan konsepsiyalar, politsiya faoliyatining zamonaviy mexanizmlari hamda jamoatchilik bilan hamkorlikning samarali usullari tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, community policing, problem-oriented policing va neighborhood watch kabi modellarning amaliy ahamiyati yoritilib, ularning mahalliy hududlarda xavfli vaziyatlarni erta aniqlash, tahdidlarga tezkor chora ko‘rish va fuqarolar ishtirokini kuchaytirishdagi samaradorligi ko‘rsatiladi. AQSH tajribasi asosida jamoat xavfsizligini ta’minlashda profilaktika inspektorlarining roli, fuqarolar bilan o‘zaro ishonchli munosabat o‘rnatish, raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanish va xavf xaritalarini tuzish orqali xatarlarni prognozlash kabi ilg‘or yondashuvlar taxliliy asosda o‘rganiladi. Maqolada mazkur tajribalarni mahalliy sharoitga moslashtirish, hududlarda barqaror xavfsiz muhitni shakllantirish uchun amaliy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
