Abstract:
Boshlang’ich sinf o’qituvchisi shaxsini muvaffaqiyatli kasbiy shakllanishi, o’zi va o’z kasbiy faoliyatiga adekvat baho berishi, ya’ni uni qay darajada kasbiy faoliyatining barcha muhim ahamiyatli jihatlarini refleksiyalash refleksiv ko’nikmalarni rivojlantirish jarayonlarini tashkil etish vositalariga bog’liq.
