For many years, the communicative approach to language instruction has gained popularity in the field of teaching foreign languages worldwide. In order to implement this way of teaching foreign languages effectively and completely, teachers must be aware of the theoretical underpinnings and guiding principles of the particular techniques in order to prevent abuse or deception.
