Abstract:
Ushbu ilmiy ish bugungi kundagi xalqaro baholash tizimining tahliliga bag’ishlanib, asosiy e'tibor hozirgi islohotlar, keng tarqalgan muammolar va potensial yechimlarga qaratiladi. Asosiy muammolar orasida madaniy qarama-qarshiliklar, iqtisodiy nomutanosibliklar va milliy siyosatga ta'sir ko'pincha "sinovga o'rgatish" ga olib keladi. Taklif etilayotgan islohotlar adolatlilik va inklyuzivlikni yaxshilashga qaratilgan, masalan, madaniy va iqtisodiy farqlarni hisobga olish hamda baholash ko'lamini tanqidiy fikrlash va ijodkorlikni o'z ichiga olgan holda kengaytirish mumkin.
