Abstract:

This article analyzes the expression of image and character through synonyms in the dramatic work of Maqsud Shaikhzoda “Jalolidddin Manguberdi”. The function of emotional-expressive synonyms used in the author’s language in creating character is analyzed linguistically and stylistically.
