CREATING EXPRESSIVITY THROUGH PHONETIC, LEXICAL AND SYNTACTIC MEANS IN HUMOROUS TEXTS
Main Article Content
Abstract:
This article studies the issue of creating expressiveness in humorous texts through phonetic, lexical and syntactic means. The main purpose of the study is to identify linguistic means that form laughter, irony and critical tone in humorous texts and analyze their artistic and aesthetic effectiveness. The article analyzes in detail the role of alliteration, assonance, onomatopoeia and intonation in the phonetic layer; the expressive functions of wordplay, sarcasm, irony, metaphor and phraseologisms in the lexical layer; as well as the role of inversion, ellipsis, repetition, gradation and dialogues in the syntactic layer in creating a humorous effect. The results of the study show that the harmonious operation of phonetic, lexical and syntactic means maximizes the comic-aesthetic effect of the text. The article creates a theoretical basis for a deeper study of the comic genre in modern Uzbek literature and psycholinguistic and cognitive linguistic research.
