MODERN APPROACHES TO FORMING A HEALTHY PSYCHOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE FAMILY

This article approaches the issue of forming a healthy psychological environment in the family from the perspective of modern scientific approaches. The family is the most important social institution of human life, in which the spiritual, moral, moral and social formation of the individual takes place. In today's globalization and information age, family values, social ties and the strength of the psychological environment are considered one of the most important factors in the development of society. In recent years, the social policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the leadership of President Sh.M. Mirziyoyev has focused on the human factor, in particular, strengthening the institution of the family and comprehensively educating young people. State programs such as “Family is the foundation of society”, “Youth is our future”, “Child rearing is the highest responsibility” are aimed at improving the socio-psychological state of families, strengthening their spiritual immunity and ensuring mental stability. At the same time, systematic work is being carried out to develop psychological culture in society, strengthen family relationships and create a healthy psychological environment in the family

PROGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT OF FETAL STATUS IN PREECLAMPSIA

Preeclampsia remains one of the leading causes of perinatal morbidity and mortality, determining the need to develop comprehensive approaches to assess the condition of the fetus and predict pregnancy complications. The aim of this study was to investigate the diagnostic significance of homocysteine, total cholesterol, C-reactive protein (CRP) and Willebrandt factor levels in combination with fetal biophysical profile (FBP) in preeclampsia of varying severity. 120 pregnant women were examined, including 80 with moderate to severe preeclampsia (main group) and 40 with uncomplicated pregnancy (control group). Homocysteine level in the main group was 18.4 ± 2.1 μmol/L versus 9.2 ± 1.3 μmol/L in the control (p <0.01), C-reactive protein - 12.6 ± 3.4 mg/l versus 4.1 ± 1.2 mg/l (p <0.05), Willebrandt factor 189 ± 22% vs. 121 ± 17% (p <0.01), total cholesterol - 6.8 ± 0.7 mmol/l versus 5.2 ± 0.6 mmol/l (p <0.05).

SEMANTIC PROPERTIES OF SCRIPTONYMS IN ADVERTISING AND THE MEDIA

This article analyzes the linguosemantic and functional features of scriptonyms utilized in advertising and mass media (MM). Scriptonyms are studied as an active component of modern communication. The research proves that the semantic effectiveness of a scriptonym is directly linked to its cognitive clarity (the ability to rapidly decode its lexical, phonetic, and morphological basis). It is demonstrated that names rooted in familiar lexical and productive morphemic patterns are more quickly assimilated by the consumer, while artificial neologisms that do not align with the language system lead to a phenomenon of cognitive mismatch. The article also examines the socio-communicative functions of scriptonyms, such as identification, integration, control, and mnemonics, and analyzes their three primary manifestations in the advertising space (logos, banner captions, and abbreviations).

SOCIAL MEDIA AND DEEP VS. SURFACE READING: EVIDENCE FROM UZBEK EFL LEARNERS

This study looks at how social media influences deep and superficial reading habits among Uzbek EFL students. Using survey data from 120 university students and interviews with ten individuals, the study investigates how fast-paced digital settings affect attention, reading stamina, and understanding. The findings show that regular exposure to short-form content, notifications, and compulsive scrolling impairs students' capacity to sustain focus on long English texts, leading to greater surface-level processing. At the same time, social media allows users to discover new reading materials and engage with English informally. However, these advantages favour light, fragmentary reading rather than profound comprehension.
