METHODS FOR DEVELOPING QUICK DECISION-MAKING SKILLS IN BASKETBALL PLAYERS

Abstract:

This study is aimed at studying the cognitive, physiological, and tactical foundations of developing rapid decision-making skills in basketball players. The game process involves high-speed information processing, evaluating the situation, and selecting the optimal solution. The study examined the effectiveness of cognitive exercises, game situation modeling, and video analysis methods. The results showed that a comprehensive approach leads to a significant improvement in the speed and quality of decision-making in basketball players.
