EXERGY ANALYSIS OF ABSORPTION REFRIGERATION MACHINE

Main Article Content

Abstract:

Absorption chillers play a critical role in providing sustainable cooling solutions using low-level heat sources for cooling. resulting in increased stability and performance. In this article, we review the concept of exergy analysis as a powerful tool for evaluating the thermodynamic efficiency and performance of absorption refrigeration machines. By performing detailed exergy analysis, engineers can identify areas for exergy elimination, optimize system components, and improve overall energy efficiency. This article highlights the importance of exergy analysis in the design, operation and optimization of absorption chillers, resulting in improved stability and performance.
