Abstract:

This article discusses the linguistic features of rhetorical sentences and rhetorical discourse in scientifically oriented speech from the point of view of scientific and theoretical understanding of this paradigm. The semantics of rhetorical statements is multilevel - from logical-semantic categorical: affirmation, denial, reasoning (with a branched gradation) to situational: agreement, objection, confirmation, hesitation, reflection, etc.
