TODAY’S EFFICIENCY IN THE FIELD OF CULTURA AND ART

Abstract:

This article analyzes the essence and practical effectiveness of the fundamental reforms being implemented in the field of culture and art within the framework of the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy. In particular, it covers innovative mechanisms for managing the sector, digitization of cultural institutions, strengthening the material and technical base, and changes in the personnel training system. Also, the economic and spiritual results achieved through the international promotion of national cultural heritage and the introduction of elements of the creative economy are scientifically revealed. Today, the reforms being implemented in the field of culture and art in our country, their effectiveness, innovative approaches, impact on the spiritual and aesthetic education of young people, and scientific analyses of the development of international cooperation are highlighted. Analytical, comparative and systematic approaches were used throughout the research.
