Аннотация:

Mazkur maqolada Amir Temurning harbiy boshqaruv sohasidagi islohotlari, “Temur tuzuklar”ida  bu yangiliklarningbayon etilishi, o‘nboshi, yuzboshi va mingboshilar xalqchil (demokratik) saylov asosida saylangani va tumanbegi va amir ul-umaroning esa Sohibqiron tomonidan tayinlangani, mahoratli qo‘mondonlarning uch avlodini g‘alabalarni ta’minlashga qo‘shgan hissalari ko‘rsatilgan.
