ТАЖРИБАДА ХАЙВОНЛАРДА НУРЛАНИШ КАСАЛЛИГИДА ЛИПИД КЎРСАТКИЧЛАРИДАГИ ЎЗГАРИШЛАР ВА УЛАРНИ КОРРЕКЦИЯЛАШ

Abstrak:
Мақолада сурункали нурланиш касаллиги юзага келтирилган турли ёшдаги қуёнларда, липидларнинг миқдори таҳлил қилинади ва корректор сифатида АСД (антисептик стимулятор Дорогова)дан фойдалангандан сўнг липид спектрида аниқланган силжишларни ўзгартириш тўғрисида маълумотлар келтирилган. Сурункали нурланиш касаллиги юзага келтирилган турли ёшдаги қуёнларда, ЗЮЛП (зичлиги юкори липопротеидлар) сезиларли камайиши, умумий холестерин ва ЗПЛП (зичлиги паст липопротеидлар) миқдорини деярли ўзгармаганлиги АК кўрсаткичини сезиларли ошишига сабаб бўлди. АСД даво терапияси натижасида УГ (Учацилглицеридлар) сони ва ЗЮЛП кўрсаткичини дастлабки интакт гурухга яқишлаштира олишга мувофак бўлинди, (р<0,05). АСДни даволаш натижасида ЗЮЛП микдори соглом гуруҳ билан мослаштириш мумкин бўлди, бунинг натижасида АК (атерогенлик коэффициенти) кўрсаткичини сезиларли камайтиришга эришилди.
