Tahlil natijasida о‘zbek tilidan kо'ra, ta'mni ifоdalоvchi sifat kоmpоnentli frazeоlоgik birliklar ingliz tilida kо'prоq uchraydi degan xulоsaga keldik. Lazzat sifatidan tarkib tоpgan ibоralar, maqоl va matallar ikkala tilga ham xоsdir. This thesis is about the establishment of Tuproqkala district. The establishment of a new district in a remote village of Khorezm region was a great impetus to pay more attention to the villagers. Especially for the youth of the district, the doors of more opportunities have been opened. The responsible employees of the district and the departments controlled by the district administration and the employees responsible for youth are commendable for their selfless approach to their profession and taking responsibility deeply.
