Аннотация:

Ushbu maqolada talabalarda kasbiy kompetentlikni shakllantirishning pedagogik va psixologik yondashuvlari tahlil qilinadi. Kompetentlikning nazariy asoslari (Boyatzis, Shulman, Kolb, Golman, Maslou, Kegan, Mezirov) ko‘rib chiqilgan, kasbiy kompetentlik tarkibi va komponentlarini, ya’ni bilim, amaliy ko‘nikmalar, shaxsiy xislatlar, ijtimoiy-psixologik ko‘nikmalar batafsil ta’riflangan. Pedagogik va psixologik metodlar, shuningdek, integrativ yondashuv va amaliy tavsiyalar keltirilgan. Ta’lim jarayonida normativ-huquqiy hujjatlar ham e’tiborga olingan.
