Аннотация:
Jismoniy mashqlar kishi ning jismoniy taraqqiyot darajasini oshirish uchun maxsus tanlangan harakatlar. Muntazam va izchil bajariladigan Jismoniy mashqlar. jismoniy tarbiyaning asosini tashkil etadi. Jismoniy tarbiya amaliyotida tarkib topgan jismoniy mashqlar (odamning mehnat, turmush, harbiy faoliyatidan olingan harakat va amallar asosida — yugurish, sakrash, irgʻitish, tosh koʻtarish, suvda suzish va b.) gimnastika, yengil atletika, ogʻir atletika, harakatli va sport oʻyinlari, sport turizmi va hokazolarni keltirib chiqardi. Ushbu maqolada jismoniy mashqlarning inson, bolalar, yoshlar, o’smirlar va kattalar hayotidagi ahamiyatii, uning pedagogik turkumlari, tarixi, xorijiy davlatlarda uning fan sifatida o’qitilishi kabi ma’lumotlar bayon qilingan.
