So‘nggi o‘n yilliklarda sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalari marketing sohasida tub o‘zgarishlarni amalga oshirdi. Ushbu texnologiyalar kompaniyalarga mijozlarni chuqur tahlil qilish, ularni jalb qilish va qaror qabul qilish jarayonini oldindan bashorat qilish imkonini beradi.
