This article explores the role of digital pedagogy in fostering cognitive development among pre-service and in-service teachers. The study examines how digital learning environments, technological tools, and innovative teaching strategies contribute to enhancing critical thinking, problem-solving, and reflective skills. Furthermore, it addresses the challenges educators face in integrating digital approaches into teacher training programs, including issues of digital literacy, pedagogical adaptation, and technological accessibility. The paper also highlights innovative practices and models that promote effective digital pedagogy, aiming to prepare teachers for the demands of 21st-century education.
