Abstract:
Mazkur maqolada sog‘lom turmush tarzining yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari profilaktikasidagi o‘rni ilmiy jihatdan ko‘rib chiqilgan. Yurak kasalliklarining kelib chiqish omillari, xavf faktorlarining ta’siri hamda ularni kamaytirishning zamonaviy usullari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish, jismoniy faollik, zararli odatlardan voz kechish va psixoemotsional barqarorlikni ta’minlash orqali kasalliklarning oldini olish yo‘llari bayon etilgan.
