Abstrak:
Maqolada stress tushunchasi, uning inson organizmiga psixologik va fiziologik ta’siri hamda oldini olish choralariga bag‘ishlangan. Stressning surunkali shakli yurak-qon tomir, asab, immun va gormonal tizimlarga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi, turli kasalliklar rivojlanishiga sabab bo‘lishi tushuntiriladi. Shuningdek, stressni kamaytirish va oldini olish usullari – jismoniy faollik, sog‘lom ovqatlanish, uyqu, psixologik muvozanat va ijobiy fikrlash – ilmiy asosda tavsiya etilgan.
