Аннотация:

Podagra — bu siydik kislotalarining organizmda to‘planishi va ularning birikmalarini hosil qilishi bilan xarakterlangan metabolik kasallikdir. Podagrik nefropatiya, o‘z navbatida, podagraga chalingan bemorlarda buyraklar funksiyasining buzilishi bilan kechadi. Ushbu tezisda podagra va uning asorati — podagrik nefropatiyaning rivojlanishiga aloqador biokimyoviy ko‘rsatkichlar, xususan, kreatinin va siydik kislotasi darajalarining ahamiyati o‘rganiladi.
