Аннотация:
Zamonaviy dunyo raqamli texnologiyalar bilan tobora ko‘proq integratsiyalashib borayotgan bir davrda, loyihalarni boshqarish sohasi ham jadal raqamlashtirilmoqda. Bu jarayon faqatgina texnologik vositalarni joriy qilishni emas, balki boshqaruv uslublarini, jamoa tuzilmasini va butun jarayonlarni qayta ko‘rib chiqishni talab qilmoqda. Ayniqsa, COVID-19 pandemiyasi davrida bu o‘zgarishlar keskin tezlashdi — kompaniyalar va tashkilotlar masofaviy ishlash, onlayn muloqot va raqamli platformalarga to‘liq o‘tishga majbur bo‘lishdi. Bu holat loyihalarni raqamlashtirish orqali boshqarish zaruratini yanada kuchaytirdi.
