Аннотация:
Kirish qismida ta’kidlanganidek, aksiyadorlik jamiyatlari bozor iqtisodiyoti sharoitida iqtisodiy taraqqiyotning muhim institutlari hisoblanadi. Ularning moliyaviy barqarorligini ta’minlash esa korporativ boshqaruvning samaradorligiga bevosita bog‘liqdir. Ushbu tezisda mazkur masala keng tahlil qilinib, korporativ boshqaruvning asosiy tamoyillari, xalqaro tajribalar va amaliy yechimlar asosida fikrlar bayon etiladi.
