Аннотация:
O‘zbekiston mehnat bozorida so‘nggi yillarda yuz berayotgan tarkibiy o‘zgarishlar – raqamlashtirish, norasmiy mehnat segmentining ulushi ortishi, yangi kasb va ko‘nikmalarga talabning oshishi – yoshlar ijtimoiy mobilligining mazmuni va dinamikasiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. 18–35 yoshdagi aholi davlatning demografik “drayveri” va mehnat resurslarining strategik qatlami sifatida jamiyatning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy barqarorligida hal qiluvchi o‘rin tutadi. Global iqtisodiyotda GIG-iqtisodiyot, onlayn birlamchi daromad manbalari kabi yangi bandlik turlari ijtimoiy mobillikni qayta talqin etishni talab qilmoqda.
