Abstract:

Ushbu tezisda chorvachilik mahsulotlarining oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi tizimidagi ahamiyati, ularning miqdoriy va sifat jihatidan ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy ahamiyati, shuningdek, sog‘liqni saqlash va oziq-ovqat barqarorligi bilan bog‘liqligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda chorvachilik mahsulotlarining tarkibiy qismi, ularning oziq-ovqat xavfsizligiga qo‘shgan hissasi, shuningdek, sifat va gigiena me’yorlariga rioya qilinmasligi oqibatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tezisda chorvachilik mahsulotlari iste’molchilarga yetkazadigan foyda va xavf-xatarlar asosiy yo‘nalish sifatida yoritilgan.
