Аннотация:

Ўткир миелобластли лейкозларда  иммунофенотипик текширишларни  афзалликлари, миелоид қатор хужайраларни синфи ва турини белгилашда кейинги  поликимётерапия амалиётини  бажаришда, муҳим ҳисобланиб, давлатимизга иқтисодий самарадорликни  юзага келишини таъминлашда муҳим ҳисобланади. Аксарият, иммунофенотипик текширувларнинг моҳияти ва иқтисодий самарадорлиги ва ижтимоий аҳамияти  ўткир лимфолейкозларда тезкор текшириш амалиётини  бажаришда юқори  аниқликдаги текшириш усули эканлигини англатади. бу эса, болаларда  ўткир миелолейкозлардан ўлим кўрсаткичи камайишининг муҳим мезони ҳисобланади.
