Аннотация:
Ushbu tezis kichik biznesni yirik biznesga aylantirish jarayonlarini tahlil qiladi va muvaffaqiyatli transformatsiya uchun zarur bo‘lgan strategiyalarni o‘rganadi. Kichik biznesning bozorini kengaytirish, franchayzing va birlashish imkoniyatlaridan foydalanish, moliyaviy boshqaruvni kuchaytirish, texnologiyalarni qo‘llash va innovatsiyalarni tatbiq etish kabi omillar muvaffaqiyat omillari sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tezis davlat tomonidan ko‘rsatilayotgan ko‘mak va huquqiy qo‘llab-quvvatlashning kichik biznesning rivojlanishiga ta’sirini ham yoritadi. O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotining raqobatbardoshligini oshirish va barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sishni ta’minlashda kichik biznesning yirik biznesga aylanishi muhim deb topiladi.
