Аннотация:
Podagra — bu organizmda siyanid kislotalarining (urik kislota) to'planishi natijasida yuzaga keladigan metabolik kasallik bo'lib, asosan erkaklar orasida uchraydi. Bu kasallikning asosiy sababi buyraklarning urik kislota miqdorini to'g'ri chiqarishdagi muammolaridir. Podagrik nefropatiya esa podagraga chalingan bemorlarda buyrakning zararlanishi va funksional o'zgarishlar bilan tavsiflanadi. Bu ikki kasallik bir-biri bilan chambarchas bog'liq bo'lib, vaqtida tashxis qo‘yish va davolash bemorning holatini sezilarli darajada yaxshilashga yordam beradi. Podagrik nefropatiya, shuningdek, buyrak yetishmovchiligi va boshqa asoratlarning rivojlanishiga olib kelishi mumkin.
