Аннотация:
Spiroxetalar spiral shakli va o‘ziga xos morfologik tuzilishi bilan boshqa bakteriyalardan ajralib turadigan noyob mikroorganizmlar guruhini tashkil etadi. Ularning hujayra tuzilishi o‘q filament tizimiga ega bo‘lib, bu ularga harakatchanlik va xo‘jayin to‘qimalariga kirib borish imkonini beradi. Maqolada spiroxetalarning hujayra devori, sitoplazmatik membranasi va flagellyar apparati tuzilishi batafsil yoritiladi. Shuningdek, ularning odam va hayvonlarda turli yuqumli kasalliklarni keltirib chiqarishga imkon beruvchi moslashuvchan mexanizmlariga ham alohida e’tibor qaratiladi.
