Аннотация:

Ushbu maqolada turizm sohasida ishonch kapitalining barqaror rivojlanishdagi o‘rni va ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Ishonch kapitali — bu ijtimoiy aloqalar, hamkorlik va o‘zaro ishonch asosida shakllanadigan iqtisodiy resurs bo‘lib, turizmning raqobatbardoshligini oshiruvchi muhim omil sifatida qaraladi. Maqolada ishonch kapitalining mehmondo‘stlik sohasidagi o‘ziga xos jihatlari, mijoz sodiqligiga ta’siri hamda global va milliy tajribalar asosida turizmda ishonch kapitalini shakllantirish mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, ishonch kapitali turizmda nafaqat mijozlar bilan munosabatlarni mustahkamlaydi, balki barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sishni ta’minlashda ham muhim strategik vosita hisoblanadi. Tadqiqotda xorijiy va mahalliy manbalarga asoslangan holda ishonch kapitalining komponentlari, ularning turizmda qo‘llanish yo‘nalishlari hamda barqaror rivojlanishga ta’sir omillari chuqur tahlil etilgan.
