PEDAGOGICAL POSSIBILITITIES OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS IN LANGUAGE LEARNING

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in language education has developed rapidly, creating new opportunities and challenges for learners and teachers. This research is aimed at studying the pedagogical possibilities of artificial intelligence tools in improving skills in four basic language skills - reading, listening, writing, and speaking. Through the method of qualitative document analysis, forty artificial intelligence tools were identified and classified according to their functionality and direction. The tools were selected through a systematic review of available literature, digital platforms, and online applications. The research results showed that while AI tools can support personalized learning, constructive feedback, and interactive interaction, uncertainty, limited skill integration, and ethical issues remain. The study provides practical recommendations for teachers and students and recommends continuing research on the effectiveness of tools appropriate to skills at different skill levels in the future.
