ATEROSKLEROZ RIVOJLANISHIDA LIPID ALMASHINUVI BUZILISHLARINING O‘RNI

Аннотация:

Ushbu tezisda ateroskleroz patogenezisida lipid almashinuvi buzilishlarining roli batafsil ko‘rib chiqiladi. Xususan, LDL va uning modifikatsiyalari, HDL va teskari xolesterol transporti, apolipoproteinlar, retensiya hamda makrofag lipid yutilishi kabi mexanizmlar tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, lipid metabolizmi va immunologik jarayonlar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro aloqalar, zamonaviy tadqiqotlar va istiqbolli terapiya yo‘nalishlari muhokama qilinadi. Natijada, lipid almashinuvining buzilishi ateroskleroz bosqichlarida markaziy omil ekanligi tasdiqlanadi va kelgusidagi izlanishlar yo‘nalishlari taklif qilinadi.
