LOVIYA DONLARINING MORFOLOGIK XUSUSIYATLARI ASOSIDA SILINDRIK G‘ALVIR TESHIKLARINING OPTIMAL PARAMETRLARNI ASOSLASH

Аннотация:

Tadqiqotda loviya donlarining morfologik o‘lchamlari asosida silindrik g‘alvir teshiklarining optimal diametri va joylashuv parametrlari ilmiy asoslab berildi. 900 dona loviyada uzunlik (9,76–17,67 mm), eni (7,50–10,20 mm) va qalinlik (4,32–6,95 mm) o‘lchamlarining statistik tarqalishi aniqlanib, geometrik modellashtirish yordamida teshikdan o‘tish ehtimoli baholandi. Silindr ichida donlarning harakat modeli va orientatsiya burchagi hisobga olinib, teshik diametrini tanlash algoritmi ishlab chiqildi. Natijada loviyani fraksiyalarga ajratish aniqligini oshiruvchi konstruktiv parametrlar tavsiya etildi.
