Аннотация:
Strategik ittifoqlar va sheriklik (strategic alliances and partnerships) — korxonalarga resurslar, bozorlar, texnologiyalar va bilimlarni birgalikda ishlatish orqali raqobatbardoshlik va o‘sish imkonini beruvchi hamkorlik mexanizmi. Ayniqsa rivojlanayotgan bozorlar sharoitida, xususan O‘zbekiston kabi mamlakatlarda, strategik sheriklik milliy kompaniyalarga xalqaro bozorlarga chiqish, investitsiyalar jalb qilish, texnologiyalar va boshqaruv tajribasini oshirish imkonini beradi. Ushbu maqolada xalqaro adabiyot tahlili asosida strategik ittifoqlar samarasi, ularning shakllari, imkoniyatlari va risklari ko‘rib chiqiladi hamda O‘zbekiston kompaniyalari uchun amaliy tavsiyalar beriladi.
