Аннотация:
Yuz-jag’ soxasidagi xavfli o'smalar bilan bog'liq rekonstruktiv jarrohlik amaliyotlarni bajarish zarurati yil sayin ortib bormoqda. Jahon sog’liqni saqlash tashkiloti (JSST) ma'lumotlari, yuz jag’ sohasi xavfli o'sma uchrashi umumiy xavfli o'sma orasida yettinchi,bosh-bo'yin xavfli o'sma orasida xamdo’stlik mamlakatlari axolisi orasida 2-o'rinda bo’lib, O'zbekistonda xavfli o'sma tarkibida yuqori jag' xavfli o'sma 8-o'rinni egallaydi. Yangi hosil boʻlgan xavfli o'sma oqibatida YuJS to'qimalarini keng rezeksiya qilingan va nur terapiyasida katta miqdorda dozalarni olgan ko'plab bemorlar xam kuzatiladi. Qayta tiklash murakkab nuqsonlarga suyak va yumshoq toʻqima tuzilmalaridagi jaroxatlarni kombinatsiyalangan shaklini ta'kidlash mumkin. Suyak komponentlarini o'z ichiga olgan laxtaklarning mikrojarrohlik autotransplantatsiyasisiz nuqsonlarni to'liq bartaraf etib bo’lmaydi.
