Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is a crucial driver of economic growth and structural transformation in emerging economies. However, the ability of these countries to attract and sustain foreign capital largely depends on the stability of their macroeconomic environment and the predictability of economic policies. This article examines the role of macroeconomic volatility and policy uncertainty as key determinants of FDI inflows in emerging markets.
