EVRISTIK METODLAR BOʻLAJAK TARBIYACHILARNING KASBIY KOMPETENTLIGINI BELGILOVCHI OMIL SIFATIDA

Аннотация:
Mazkur maqolada evristik metodlarning mazmun-mohiyati, ularning ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonidagi ahamiyati hamda bo‘lajak tarbiyachilarning kasbiy kompetentligini shakllantirishdagi roli yoritilgan. Evristik yondashuv orqali tarbiyachilarni mustaqil fikrlashga, muammoli vaziyatlarni tahlil qilishga va innovatsion qarorlar qabul qilishga yo‘naltirish mumkinligi asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, maqolada evristik metodlar yordamida pedagogik jarayonni faol, interaktiv va natijador qilish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari evristik metodlar qo‘llanilganda bo‘lajak tarbiyachilarning kasbiy kompetentligida muhim ijobiy o‘zgarishlar kuzatilishini ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu maqola pedagogika sohasida faoliyat yuritayotgan mutaxassislar, oliy ta’lim muassasalari o‘qituvchilari hamda talaba-tarbiyachilar uchun amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
