O‘QITUVCHI VA O‘QUVCHILAR O‘RTASIDAGI PEDAGOGIK MULOQOT

Abstract:
Ushbu ishda pedagogik muloqotning ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonidagi o‘rni va uning o‘quvchi shaxsining shakllanishiga ko‘rsatadigan psixologik ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada o‘qituvchi va o‘quvchi o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro aloqalarning nafaqat axborot almashinuvi, balki murakkab psixologik jarayon ekanligi yoritilgan. Shuningdek, muloqot davomida yuzaga keladigan psixologik to‘siqlar, ularni bartaraf etish usullari hamda konstruktiv muloqotning o‘quvchilar motivatsiyasi va emotsional barqarorligiga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqotning asosiy mazmuni o‘qituvchining muloqot madaniyati o‘quv muhitida ijobiy psixologik iqlimni yaratishning bosh omili ekanligini asoslashga qaratilgan.
