Abstract:

Ushbu maqolada sport va sog‘lom turmush tarzining inson salomatligiga ta’siri yoritiladi. Jismoniy faollikning organizm uchun foydalari, to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish, zararli odatlardan voz kechish hamda ruhiy salomatlikni mustahkamlashdagi ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi.
