Abstrak:

Ushbu tezis boshlang‘ich ta’lim jarayonida o‘quv fanlariga jismoniy faollik elementlarini integratsiyalashgan yondashuv asosida kiritishning o‘quvchilarning kognitiv, jismoniy va psixologik rivojlanishiga ta’sirini chuqur tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. So‘nggi yillarda ta’lim tizimida o‘quv yuklamasining ortishi va bolalarning kam harakatchanlik muammosining global miqyosda o‘sishi kuzatilmoqda, bu esa o‘z navbatida, o‘quvchilarning diqqatini jamlash qobiliyati, akademik muvaffaqiyati va salomatligiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Tadqiqotimizning asosiy maqsadi — sinf sharoitida amalga oshiriladigan qisqa muddatli, maqsadli jismoniy mashqlarning dars materialini o‘zlashtirishga va o‘quv motivatsiyasini oshirishga ijobiy ta’sirini empirik ma’lumotlar asosida isbotlashdan iborat.
