MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY OF UZBEKISTAN: DEFINITION AND APPLICATION IN E-COMMERCE

Abstract:

The article is devoted to the analysis of the application of mediation and arbitration in the digital economy of Uzbekistan, focusing on their role in e-commerce. The author examines the importance of alternative dispute resolution in strengthening business relationships and reducing the frequency of disputes in online business. The article highlights the legislative framework that contributes to the development of these methods in the country. The impact of digitalization on the effectiveness of mediation and arbitration, improving access to legal proceedings and increasing confidence in e-commerce is discussed. In the article, the author emphasizes the strategic importance of digital innovations in improving the legal system of Uzbekistan and stimulating economic growth in a globalized market.
